PROJECT: FOSOO approached me to select a range of colors for a new electric toothbrush, targeting youth in the U.S. and Europe. The brand’s aesthetic direction is 'young, soft, simple and beautiful'. The market for premium oral care products has seen significant growth during the pandemic era. Knowing that consumers are more savvy and selective than ever, I approached FOSOO’s electric toothbrush as an object that is integral to the home and bath setting. I selected colors that feel harmonious with existing environments, colors to live with long-term. This resulted in a cool, gentle palette for 2021.
